5. Legal qualification of the service in Spain
Move Spain prepares your file. You complete the official steps that require you. We do not represent you before any Spanish authority, we do not file applications in your name, we do not sign on your behalf and we do not accept powers of attorney.
Professional representation of third parties before the Spanish administration is a regulated activity reserved to professionals such as gestores administrativos, abogados and graduados sociales. If your situation requires representation, we will tell you and you are free to appoint such a professional yourself.
