We relocated to Mallorca ourselves, recently enough to remember every detail. Because of that, we experienced first-hand how fragmented the process is.

Simple tasks quickly became confusing, because every authority has its own procedure. Finding reliable information took time. Providers handled one small part of the journey, and we were constantly redirected elsewhere.

Most companies focus on a single service.

One helps with a NIE. Another handles empadronamiento. Another provides sworn translations.

The customer is left coordinating everything: paying multiple providers, repeating the same information, and uploading the same documents again and again.

During our own move we discovered that pricing often lacked transparency. Government fees were mixed with service fees. Translation costs appeared later.

Appointments were difficult to understand and required documents varied. Very few people knew the complete process before they started. We wanted to change that.

Our goal is simple: prepare everything before you arrive.
